- 1/2 pound of spaghetti
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 pound of carrots cut into matchsticks
- 5 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- sprinkle of red peppers
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
Mix soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, vinegar, peanut butter, and pepper until smooth. Toss with all other ingredients into warm spaghetti. Serves 6.
