Macaroni Casserole

1 lbs ground beef 1 yellow onion (minced) Garlic (optional) Salt & black pepper 1 tbsp dried mint Oregano, basil, red pepper flakes etc. 3-4 tbsp tomato paste Whole wheat Penne pasta (or similar) Crumbled Feta Appr. 4 cups milk 3 eggs Whitepepper & salt or herbamare herb salt

Boil pasta in water with vegetable buillion cube according package instructions. Drain.

Brown ground beef and onions, add salt, blackpepper, tomato paste, mint and other spices (optional).

Whisk eggs and milk together, add whitepepper and a little salt or herbamare herb salt.

Add ground beef mixture to the drained pasta, add crumbled Feta. Stir. Pour the mixture to a greased oven pan and pour the milk and egg mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Bake at 380 F appr. 50 minutes.
