Buttermilk Pancakes
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1.25 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2.5 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- butter/oil for pan
- Heat oven to 325 degrees
- Whisk together dry ingredients - Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking sode, salt.
- Create a well in the center, add buttermilk and eggs. Whisk eggs into the mixture. Do not overmix. Batter can be refrigerated for 1 hour.
- Heat pan over med-low heat. Add 1/3 cup batter per pancake.
- Wait until bubbles form in surface of pancake, then flip. Cook another 2-5 minutes. Add finished pancakes to baking dish and keep in oven until serving.
